2010 NEUMA Winning Jazz Vocalist brings Soul-Funk-Jazz Style to Community EventMASHPEE - Liberation Music - MGM Recording Artist, Mwalim will be performing at the Mashpee Community Picnic, to be held at Mashpee High School on July 1, 2010 at 8PM. A Soul-Funk-Jazz artist whose latest CD, "The Liberation Sessions" earned over 12 nominations from the New England Urban Music Awards, and winning Best Male and Female Jazz Vocalists for Mwalim and his protege, Amaris. Named New England's Best Male Jazz vocalist in the 2010 Urban Music Awards, as well as several nomination from the New England Urban Music Awards and the Native American Music Awards.
